His Majesty's personal representative to grace the ceremony in Temburong District was Her Royal Highness Princess 'Azemah Ni'matul Bolkiah binti His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah.

The arrival of Her Royal Highness Princess 'Azemah Ni'matul Bolkiah at Main Hall of the Civic Centre Complex, Mukim Bangar, Temburong District was greeted by Yang Berhormat Pengiran Dato Seri Setia Shamhary bin  Pengiran Dato Paduka Haji Mustapha, Minister of Transport and Infocommunications.

The ceremony began with the recital of Surah Al-Fatihah and Doa Selamat led by Yang Arif Awang Haji Muhammad Bahrin bin Haji Alias.

At the ceremony, Her Royal Highness Princess 'Azemah Ni'matul Bolkiah consented to present His Majesty's Personal Gifts to a total of 677 recipients from Temburong District.
